End User License Agreement (EULA)
Version 1.1 · Last updated 6 October 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the installation and use of the Figma plugin "Send to Motion2HTML" (the "Plugin"). It is an agreement between you (the "User") and Motion2HTML (the "Licensor").
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Plugin you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree with its terms, do not install or use the Plugin.
2. License grant
The Licensor grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin within Figma, in accordance with this EULA.
The Plugin is licensed, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of the software or of any copy of it; you only acquire the right to use it under the terms described here.
3. Restrictions
Unless the Licensor gives prior written permission, you may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Plugin, or attempt to obtain its source code; (b) modify, adapt or translate the Plugin; (c) copy it, except as strictly necessary to install and use it; (d) sell, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute or assign the Plugin to third parties; (e) create derivative works based on the Plugin; (f) remove or alter any intellectual property or license notices.
4. Intellectual property
The Plugin, including its source and object code, design, interface, algorithms, documentation and the "Motion2HTML" brand, is the exclusive property of the Licensor and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by the Licensor.
The designs and content you create in Figma and export with the Plugin remain yours.
5. Updates and discontinuation
The Licensor may modify, update, suspend or discontinue the Plugin, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Any published updates are subject to this EULA.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. The Licensor may also revoke it at any time. Upon termination you must stop using the Plugin and uninstall it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Plugin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect damages, or loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the Plugin. Nothing in this EULA limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection law grants the User.
9. Changes to this EULA
The Licensor may update this EULA. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Plugin after a change means you accept the new version.
