Terms and Conditions of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 6 October 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Motion2HTML website and app (motion2html.com), including its engine for converting Figma designs into HTML5 banners (the "Service"). The Service is provided by MotiontoHtml (the "Provider"). Use of the Figma plugin is also governed by its EULA.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service lets you import designs and animations exported from Figma, adjust them and generate HTML5 banners for different ad servers. The Service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced in the future, their terms will be published before they apply.
3. User accounts
Some features require an account, created by signing in with Google. You must be over 18 or use the Service in the course of your professional activity.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity carried out with your account on the Service. Let us know at hola@motion2html.com if you detect unauthorised use.
You can delete your account at any time from the "My account" page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: (a) upload unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights; (b) send mass automated requests, bots or loads that overload or degrade the Service; (c) attempt to access other people's accounts, data or systems, or circumvent security measures; (d) resell or commercially exploit the Service itself without permission.
The Provider may suspend or close, without notice, accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
5. Ownership of your designs and banners
The original designs you upload and the banners you generate with the Service are yours. The Provider acquires no ownership rights over them.
You grant us a non-exclusive, free, limited and temporary licence to host, copy, process and transform those files solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate the preview, optimise images or package the banner). This licence ends when you delete the files or your account.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to everything you upload (images, typefaces, brands, text) and that its use does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Public links
Banner share links and the temporary links the plugin creates when sending a design give access to their content to anyone who has the URL, without signing in. Share them with care; you can revoke share links at any time.
7. Exported banners
Exported banners may load typefaces from Google Fonts in the viewer's browser. You are responsible for reviewing each banner before publishing it and for complying with the specifications, policies and regulations that apply to your campaigns and ad server.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Provider does not warrant that it will run without interruptions or errors, that generated banners will reproduce the design with complete fidelity, or that they will be accepted by any particular ad server or advertising platform (for example, Google Ads, Google Ad Manager or Sizmek).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for: (a) export errors, display failures or defects in banners; (b) a banner being rejected by an ad server or platform; (c) financial losses arising from advertising campaigns, including loss of profits, lost media spend or loss of clients; (d) loss of data or files. We recommend keeping a copy of your original designs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability towards consumers.
10. Changes and availability
The Provider may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. It may also update these Terms; the current version is published on this page with its date. If the change is material, you will be asked to accept it the next time you sign in.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection law grants the user.
